University City's Green Goats and Gardens Festival celebrates all the ways humans can create a sustainable world. You'll find many exhibits about ways we can save energy, cut carbon and reuse old things.
So why goats? People have used goats for thousands of years to provide us with food and clothing. Lately we have started harnessing their voracious appetites to manage underbrush.
Come to the Green Goats and Gardens festival to see a hard-working, hard-chomping herd from the Wells Goat Farm. You'll have a chance to meet Mr. Wells, pet goats and buy items made from goat's milk.
